Crystal is a Texan orphan with a horrible and tragic past. Her parents ritually abused her. One night, strange lights appeared outside her home. She blacked out and awoke to find them brutally murdered.

Now a young adult, Crystal flees her orphanage believing that otherworldly forces are after her. She arrives at a remote ranch, where Ridley is forced to protect her and welcomes the opportunity to study a paranormal phenomena first hand.
